No phone contact to help

Can not log in from my computer. Can not get help. No phone number to call to resolve problem. Bad service. Bad Weebly. If I log in from any computer and put my email and my pass work then I must to log in. Right? If I know my email and pass word then stop creating problem Weebly. Impossible to call to square Weebly. Need look for other provider that has live support.look for provider that has phone number for support

1. I have not received any reply - At this moment I am unhappy with Weebly customer service. Weebly is extremely difficult to contact. There is apparently no way to speak to a human being! 2. I requested a refund of the $19.95 I paid to have a domain name transferred to Weebly because I decided I don't need two websites. I want to keep my Weebly site and domain name - dalejune101.com.

To change plan

I would like to speak to a customer representative. I have had Weebly account for over 7 years and I have forgotten how to use the product and services for the website are I do not know what is my payment for the year.I receive a email stating that my bill will be due in two weeks. I do not even know what the current balance is of this account because it's so old. I would like to change something and see if I can merge the website with another website. Complaint

I paid $19.50 for a domain name transfer to Weebly but changed my mind before the transfer was completed. I requested a refund but have not received it. It is impossible to talk to a human!!!!!

I have sent several emails and received no response. I have made an extensive effort on my own to learn this platform. No part of it makes sense.

I have watched dozens of tutorials, read articles, and stared at this platform for three weeks, trying to find the menu options and tools Weebly alleges to have for building a simple website. The "Themes" are nowhere to be found. They do NOT provide support, only an automated response to emails saying they don't provide support. I have searched YouTube and other sites. I have found NO help. This is unacceptable. I have tried to request a refund and of course, received no response. This company is a scam!

Weeby has no customer service. You need a PIN to access it, but first, you need to long-on to get one. But when I do, I get an invalid password message. Then the email reset request is ignored. So, I tried setting up a new account. Well, that gets me a message that I ALREADY have an account. NO *** REALLY? WHO KNOW? This is heads I lose, tails they win. ALL I want is to get my website back online and be able to login to it
