1) No Customer support - keep on reaching out on the Weebly Facebook page and they keep sending me links that are broken. 2) I have paid over £200, pounds and email has not been reinstated - this is now a week of not being able to edit of receive emails. 3) I cannot move the existing domain name to my new square site. 4) lack of customer services and care. 5) I would like to be refunded and to move to another site as I don't trust them to continue being a supportive business,think caref for my business

Website shut down but was paid for to have it renewed

Dispute charges

I never got the site going, and I am being charged. I finally got through to someone and said I would get a refund for the $144. charge in December to my PayPal account. . I have not. I am calling from pissedconsumer.com. Please advise or I will report to BBB. Kathryn jennings Steamrollerblue@***.com

Once I reached a customer support professional, they did an outstanding job!

It was difficult to navigate to the place in the website that would allow me to talk to an actual person. When I finally found it and called, the representative did an outstanding job of helping me get my website up and running again.

No one in support will answer the phone

I have call multiple times. The automated system either hangs up on me or requires a number that I am only able to get if I log in. I CAN'T LOG IN, that is why I need help. So, I get no help. Worst service. And before you question, the guy that created it has passed away.

User's recommendation: AVOID and use Wix.

I bought a WeeblyPro package and wanted to move my domain from One.com to Weebly. That caused trouble. At last I couldn't reach the site and settings. I asked Weebly Helpdesk to move that site, because in the meantime I bought a new WeeblyPro package with domain at Weebly. Until now I haven't got any answer.

Still no answer

I bought a Weebly Pro; wanted to move a domain from One.com to Weebly. Something didn't work. I can't reach settings of that site. I informed Weebly about that problem. I wanted to remove that site, and finish that site. In the meantime I bought another Weebly Pro with a domain and sitename . I mailed Weebly and asked to remove the first, blocked, site. Until now I got no answer.

User's recommendation: don't move a domainname from another firm to Weebly.

Help restoring my site without square

I need someone to help me delete the original site before I connect it to square, I do not have products to sell, and now I can't get back to my original site to continue to edit it. I don't want to create another account because I have so much information already on this one, I do not need to square, I only connected to it because I was under the impression I could connect my page to it, not start something else that would interfere with my original site. Please someone help me, thank you

I was trying to change some of the RSL'S account details and it would not let me. Weebly has no email address for me to send my problems too.

I have not used my weebly website since April 25 , 2021. Although I ve sent a message to stop charging me for upgrading by Square the charges of 9.95 have been coming every month till last month I need to delete my account altogether as it does not serve my work
